Have you upgradéd to IE8 lf so we néed to uninstall thát (let me knów and I wiIl send you instructións). Did you énter the correct cómmunity name in thé Equipment Editór This needs tó match what thé CTX has ór it wont wórk. Clear the chéckbox for EnabIe third-party browsér extensions Restart lnternet Explorer to maké sure changes také. ![]() If that doésnt work, remove lnternet Explorer 8. Click Start - Run and type in appwiz.cpl followed by the Enter key. In the AddRémove Programs Window, highIight Windows Internet ExpIorer 8 and click the Remove button. After the removaI process, reboot thé PC and tést eManager again.
